You have capacity to do the work. You just need direction.
Our plan, your compass.
You have a development coordinator, an admin with capacity, or a committed volunteer ready to take on fundraising. Maybe it's you, and you actually have 10-15 hours a week to dedicate to this.
The problem isn't capacity. It's clarity.
What should they actually DO with those hours? What systems need to be built? How do you segment donors? What's a campaign calendar? How does stewardship actually work? Where's the biggest return on investment?
You're tired of piecing together advice from webinars, blogs, and conferences. You need a strategy that is right-sized to your capacity and meets you where you are.
That's what a fundraising plan does.
We analyze your data, interview your people, identify your top opportunities, and give you the complete roadmap: what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and why it matters. Your team implements using our 12-month workplan, templates, and guidance we provide.
No guessing. No reinventing the wheel. Just clear, step-by-step direction.
Here's what creating a fundraising plan actually looks like
Month 1: You hand over your donor spreadsheets, past campaigns, and annual reports. We analyze everything while you focus on running your organization. Then we meet to walk through what we found and map out your top 2-3 revenue opportunities. You leave with clarity you haven't had in years.
Month 2: You receive a custom-made fundraising plan that breaks down what’s really going on and what to do about it. In it, we explain the “why” and map out the “what”. After that, you get a 12-month actionable workplan so you can bring the strategy to life. This plan won’t sit on a shelf; its made for your capacity and budget.
Month 3: You are ready to hit the ground running! Your organization has a clear step-by-step roadmap for how to best use your time and resources.
You've probably tried other solutions.
This is different.
You tried building a plan internally
No one has the time or expertise. It takes 6 months and still feels like guesswork.
➔ You focus on running your org while we do the analysis, research, and strategy building - all in 8 weeks.
You thought about hiring but the math doesn't work
A senior fundraiser costs $90K-$140K. You have time to implement, but don’t know what to do to level up your fundraising.
➔ You get a detailed plan without hiring an expert fundraiser full time.
You tried DIY fundraising from webinars and blogs
Tactics don't connect themselves into a system. Each expert seems to contradict the last.
➔ We build one integrated strategy sized to YOUR specific capacity and context.
You hired a consultant who gave you a great fundraising plan
Bu it was hard to implement it. There were no templates, and no actionable steps.
➔ We break down the required tasks month-by-month, with added examples and templates.
The pattern: You've been given either generic advice or vague strategy. What you haven't had is a comprehensive, customized, actionable roadmap your team can actually follow.
How we work together
Week 1:
One 90-minute onboarding call where you tell us everything
Weeks 2-3:
You introduce us to 6-12 people to interview
We analyze all your donor data, past campaigns, and revenue trends
Week 4-5:
You attend a 1-hour SWOT review meeting and tell us if we missed anything.
We identify the top 2-3 revenue opportunities for your organization.
Week 6:
Your custom fundraising plan is delivered!
Week 8:
Your step-by-step implementation plan is delivered!
Weeks 1-8:
We meet with you for 30-60 minutes each week to maintain accountability and go deeper on findings.
BONUS: Six months after delivering the implementation plan, we reach out to offer a free 1 hour coaching session. This session is to discuss new challenges, new opportunities, or anything else that would make your fundraising life easier!

✅ Weekly check-ins during 8-week development

✅ Full fundraising strategy identifying priorities
✅ 12-month implementation plan
✅ Tool recommendations
✅ Templates and resources to follow
✅ Free 1-hour coaching call at month 6
Here's how to know if we're your people
This is probably a good fit if:
✅ Your organization can dedicate 10-15 hours per week to fundraising implementation
✅ Your budget is under $500K (larger budgets should consider fractional for faster ROI)
✅ You need strategic direction more than hands-on support
✅ You're comfortable learning from documentation and executing independently
✅ You want to build internal capacity and fundraising knowledge
✅ You can wait 2 months for momentum to build
✅ You believe (or want to believe) that fundraising can align with your values around equity and justice. You believe in the values of Community-Centric Fundraising.
This probably isn't the right fit if:
❌ Your budget is under $100K—you might not have capacity for implementation or fundraising investment yet
❌ You have zero capacity for implementation—no staff time, no volunteer time, no hours available (consider fractional fundraising instead)
❌ You're in crisis mode with an immediate deficit—you need cash in 30 days, not a 12-month strategy
❌ Your team needs constant guidance—if they can't work independently from documentation, this won't work (consider our coaching services or a mix of strategy and coaching)
Still not sure? That's what the discovery call is for. We'll be honest about whether this will work for your situation. You can book a call with our team here.
