Maria is a nationally recognized fundraiser, speaker, and equity-driven strategist. A refugee turned nonprofit leader, sheβs passionate about rethinking fundraising norms and helping organizations thrive through inclusive, community-centered approaches. She also hosts The Small Nonprofit Podcast and serves on the Board of Living Wage Canada.
Caitlin McBride
Senior Consultant at Further Together
Caitlin is a Certified Fund Raising Executive with experience in both large UK nonprofits and grassroots Canadian charities. She specializes in authentic donor relationships and sustainable systems. Caitlin also serves as Vice-Chair of the Board at New Westminster Family Place.
